- Once a project has been initiated and development work has started, cancellations are not permitted.
- If a cancellation request is made before work begins, we may review it on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds:
- SilvyOS follows a strict no-refund policy.
- Payments made for software development, customization, or related services are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Project Delivery & Quality Concerns:
- If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, you may raise a concern with our team.
- We will work with you to make necessary corrections or modifications, ensuring the final product meets agreed requirements.
- No monetary refunds will be issued, but we remain committed to resolving issues through edits and improvements.
Free Edits & Adjustments:
- SilvyOS offers free edits and adjustments to delivered projects for the first 3 months from the date of delivery.
- After this period, additional edits, upgrades, or modifications will be chargeable as per our service rates.
Third-Party Integrations & Licenses:
- Any third-party tools, APIs, plugins, or licenses purchased for your project are subject to the respective provider’s policies and are non-refundable.
Final Decision:
All matters related to cancellations, edits, or complaints will be handled at the sole discretion of SilvyOS, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
